This is a player-dependent thing, but I'd call the turn raise.
Sure, he might cap the flop with JTd, but he wouldn't raise the turn. Unless he's playing A9d really hard, I don't see how you could be ahead. |

I would be tempted to just call the flop raise and go for a check-raise on the turn when the blank comes. If reraised, I call down.

With the button's raise, I think the re-raise is good to test the flush draw. I'd put the button on K9 or 99 after he caps it. Check-call from there unless 3 to the flush shows up which folds me out and hope for an A or K -- you're currently beat, and may be drawing dead against trips.
