defend the BB
Looking for opinions here. Lets assume a typical .50/1.00 game, what's the minimum you need to defend?

Re: defend the BB
In a typical .5/1 PP game, I almost never have to defend my BB because there are already six limpers.
If I know the player to be a habitual blind theif and/or a weak postflop player, I'll defend with just about any ace, any high King (K9+), medium-high suited cards (T9+), and paint cards (QJ, KJ, possibly QT). It's so situational that I can't really give a good answer. I defended yesterday at .5/1 with K7o. Some games, I won't even bother, unless I've got a hand I want to play anyway (ATs+). Rob |
