I assume this must mean:
1) the $40 for $20 (5 times) is $40 EXTRA for $20, totalling $60. That would equal $200 (free).

and that:
2) if you take this option, you can't get $16 free (hence the "upto $200 free" instead of $216.

And they confuse matters by harping on the $16 free, instead of harping on $200 free.

I haven't had my coffee yet, so I hope I'm making sense.
Are my assumptions correct?

I got both at Captain cooks and I think it is pretty much the same at casino kingdom.

I signed up and started CasinoKingdom yesterday, and I did the $40 for $20 promo and received the free $16 for a total of $216 in my bonus account. Was able to transfer $207 from bonus to real account after WR, and am currently running my WR for the $100 deposit. So far so good.

Doing 40 for 20 five times gets you a $200 matching bonus, and they also throw in the $16. If you do it in GBP, the $16 becomes 9GBP.

I did very nicely there in GBP.

I got 16 pounds both times (actually, at Kingdom they accidentally credited the bonus twice- 32 pounds),and didn't do anything special to get it in pounds. Just sent my e-mail with the subject "16 free" rather than $16 free. Couple extra bucks of beer money that way.
