Default 5/10 Laydown at the river good/bad?

The following hand from a B&M last night left me feeling I'd made a big mistake.

I was in late position with K 10. The game had been somewhat loose before the flop, with some chasing after the flop. Not real loose, but not real tight either.

After a PF raise in MP, I called in LP and had 1 EP limper call. Flop was 5 7 10 rainbow. EP check, MP check, Hero bets, both call

Turn: 2 completes rainbow. EP check, MP check Hero bets, both call.

River 6. EP check, MP check, Hero bets, EP raises, MP 3-bets, Hero folds, EP folds.

Afterwards I felt like I had broken the rule of betting in last position at the river when you would fear a raise. I was prepared to call the raise, but didn't count on having to call 2. Should I have called another $20? Thanks.

Fold preflop!

Looks like you can lay it down on the river for 2-bets easily.

Don't cold-call raises with KTo preflop.

Flop and Turn are OK, now that you are in the hand.

Interesting position on the river. If these guys haven't been trying to muscle people, it's an easy fold. If they have been trying to knock folks off of hands with those kinds of moves, check it on the river and get a table change.

The PF call was based on two things. One was my last to act position. Two, the game was pretty loose before the flop. Normally I would agree and toss this PF.

Well, you don't have to be one of the reason it's loose preflop.

Peace,

Fold this preflop and fold at the river, you are beat.

Not that this matters but,

Loose limp-wise or raise-wise?

Then abnormally you will be tossing chips away. You might be able to make a case with KTs, but not offsuit.

Sorry, but it's just a crap/trap hand.

Your biggest mistake in the hand is to be playing against a raiser with KTo. You could easily be dominated, and the hand isn't very good to begin with. Fold it and move on.
