Default Online note-taking

What type of notes do you take about players? How detailed do you get? Or do you just play for a while, and jot down an overall impression?

I am not sure what to record about the people I play against.

I detail any specific hands the person played that I thought were interesting. I also make notes on habits or playing style such as, "Habitually bets when checked to".

I like to make my notes pretty detailed: amounts bet, position, stack size, etc. The more you know, the better.
