You're not concerned with encouraging hands like Ax, KXs, KJ, KT, QJ, QT, JT to limp? There may be some pretty good odds for marginal hands with overcards to get in the pot with you, especially if 3rd position limps too. I would think 99 would be at least 50/50 call/raise here. Hope I'm not hijacking the thread - I think the poster's original question got answered. |

I might open raise around back. Can't say this is "right", it's just what I've found works best for me. |
