Default Interesting Bubble hand

The play has extremely tight since it got to level 5. The guy who pushed limped in w/ ATs a few hands ago and checked down. Is a fold correct here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) converter

Button (t1375)
SB (t2110)
Hero (t1820)
UTG (t3440)
MP (t1255)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t400, MP raises all-in t1255, HERO???

Eh... hate these spots. I think you have to fold. No need to gamble in this spot.
