Default Bad TP/TK....should I call on river?

PP 10+1
Villain had been raising and reraising a lot. He didn't show down many hands, but knocked out two players early with strong hands.

I fold. Even from your notes, I think I'd still give him respect for a better hand (dangerous board, 1/2 pot bet, 2 opponents). I would of bet a minimum of 200 on the turn (you gave him a good price if he had a straight draw).
