I wouldn't personally.

He's not often going to have a hand to pay you much with, and occasionally you'll get moved off a winner.

I think you should bet the turn since you have something and villain doesn't seem to have anything. The way you played it, I don't think the river is worth a raise. What are you gaining by raising here? Think about it.
