Default This desktop sufficient for poker?

Will this Dell desktop system be sufficient for running two partyskins and PT?

Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 520 w/HT Technology (2.80GHz, 800FSB)

Microsoft® Windows® XP Home Edition

512MB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 400MHz (2x256M)

80GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM)

Single Drive: 48X CD-ROM Drive

17 inch E173FP Analog Flat Panel

128MB PCI Express™ x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon™ X300 SE

Sound Blaster® Live! 24-bit ADVANCED HD™ Audio

It'll cost $654.52 shipped. Is that a decent deal? I'll also be purchasing a Dell 21" P1130 separately tthat can handle the multiple tables.

Thanks for any input.
