Question for the technologically inclined.
Let's say I wanted to track the location of someone or something, without their knowledge, anywhere on Earth. Perhaps with a small GPS device, similar to Lojack, but only I would be able to track it. Does such a thing exist?

No, though I guess it *could* be possible, if you can put up your own satellites and encrypt signals and stuff.
