Default Questions for Affiliates of Party Poker...

I am not sure if this is allowed here but here goes....

I signed up as an affiliate of Party Poker. No I am not going to put my codes on this forum. I just wanted to know from those that started from scratch(as an affiliate, not signed up as a sub under someone else) how they went about their promotions. I also would like to know a percentage of sign ups with things like Business cards, flyers, and CDs, for example if I make 500 CDs, approx how many people will sign up on average? I am not going to be offering rakeback deals. I signed up for the 20% to $100 bonus code, and also the Gross instead of the flat per person fee. I have downloaded all the information that I need for the flyers, Business cards, and CDs. But I also saw that Party Poker will send you this stuff as well. Is there a charge associated with sending you supplies? If so is it more cost affective to have them made yourself at a Kinko's or CopyMax?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...Post here or send me a PM.

I have no experience with this as a party affiliate but in my former life I was a financial advisor and the basic rule of thumb for blanket marketing campains such as direct mail is .5-1.5%.
