i think the first 2 are overaggressive

the third one is more marginal given stack sizes, blind size and remaining players. you can't really afford to eat any blinds here and hold on but you're pushing with the possibility of being dominated.....

I think #2 is fine if you have a good read on the blinds. I don't like #1 so much, and #3 seems marginal. JMO.
