um, lettuce/tomato/cuke/carrot with creamy italian dressing and sunflower seeds on top. that's my favorite type.

Tostadas, that come in those big, crunchy bowls.

Should they count as salad? Probably not...

Are they ridiculously good and +EV? Aboslutely!

I also love chinese chicken salad type things....those are quite tasty.

I like a good chicken ceasar. Potato salad can be the nuts, althouh it's rare to find a real good one.
