96.4% is the more accurate percentage. And also, it is bad grammar to start a sentence with arabic numerals, this gaff will get you banned from the OOT Forum. So take care.
The majority of posts on the OOT Forum are not worth reading anymore, in my opinion, or to be more kind, your have to strain too much swamp piss through your teeth to get to the good beer. Le Misanthrope
