I'm not trying to be Jerry Seinfeld here, but I am really sick of people saying "God bless you" or "bless you." Even gayer are the awkward pauses following sneezes, when people expect you to say it to them because they look like effing idiots with mucus all over their face.

I don't mind people saying bless you, but I hate it when people get pissed because I don't thank them for it.

people can say whatever they want. i don't say it though (unless i'm trying to dupe some girl into thinking that i'm not a complete prick, in which case i wash my hands after pissing, say "bless you," etc).
