Poorly played, maybe. I like leading the flop, calling the raise is about 0 EV getting 4:1 on your money with a 4:1 chance on the next card. Calling the turn all-in is about the same since you're getting layed about 5.5:1 on a 4:1 draw. Just too bad that your A outs and some of your flush outs were no good.

Poorly played, maybe. Bad beat, definitely not, just something that comes with the territory.

Yea, not really a bad beat. But after a 4 buy-in downswing in about 3-4 hours, I'm venting just a little bit. Oh well.. definitely can't win all the time. I just have yet to see all these fish that everyone is talking about at Party. :P

The fives also made him a straigh. 8h and 6h are no good. Youve got a 10 outer getting. 5.5:1 and youre 3.7:1 to hit!. Easy call.
