Default Are Paradise\'s player numbers REAL

I dont know, but it seems kind of strange that paradise claims that they have over 2000 players playing at any given moment. Doesnt this seem a little odd to any of you guys. I mean i have played there and their graphics really really suck, and they never have any live tech support. I dont think their numbers are very accurate--possible some of those players are bots, its just that 2000-2500 players seems a little wierd. Actually right now at 1:00 p.m there are 2050 players-I dont beleive it--on a SUNDAY!! Why would so many people play there--when there are sites offering promos, and much better graphics, and live suppport. And if it is true go to the beach people its SUNDAY!

EOM, I believe it is very true and more people should go to the beach.

1. Most importantly they were by far the best for a long while and therefore they have the vast majority of the action of all online poker. People play where all the action is. Serious competition was not around until about 10 months ago.

2. The software is the most stable and reliable.

3. The graphics are the nicest out there (I think truepoker is very cool in it's own way too).

4. They run promotions all the time including right now a world series and a 20% deposit promo.

5. Their email support is better than anywhere else I have tried.

You are being irrational. 2500 people out of the whole world? Is that really so many? 50 from each state? Millions of people go to yahoo.com every day. Hundreds of millions use the internet each day. Paradise has the most people for all of the reasons discussed on this forum (I won't reiterate them here). They've got dozens of holdem tables going at one time. That's hundreds of players right there. In fact, probably 1000 players just in holdem. If you actually think they're using bots then my argument stops here.

The total number seems to include the play money tables.

Why should more people go to the beach? Why not play cards and open the window so that the glare doesn't hit the screen, let the cool breeze enter? Drink a corona. . . smae thing.
