I think we should just make sure all comments are tactful and that while we wish to repudiate him, we don't do so malicously.

Isn't there legal poker in MN? I guess that's OK (and not a threat to the dumb unwashed masses that this guy is trying to nanny) because the state gets a cut of it.

What makes it really silly is that they are trying to stop zero buy-in tournaments for things like hats and teeshirts. What are they trying to protect people from? Having their feelings hurt?
