A gyros (singular, plural is gryoi) isn't traditionally made with lamb I don't think. I'm pretty sure chicken or pork is traditional. Honestly, I've never got around to having one. I don't want to have my first try at one be at some chain place that'll use non-fresh meats and veggies Subway-style, so when I get around to going to a real Greek deli or restaurant, I'll try one.

Your poll really did make my mouth kind of water though. I absolutely love sandwiches.
