6 max vs full ring?

I'm just curious as to what ppl feel the differences are between playing cash games on 6 max tables and full ring tables?

I've noticed that I'm doing MUCH better on UB's 6 max tourney tables (SnG mainly, tho i have done OK on the special 6 max MTT's) than I am on the full ring tables, so i've been considering moving over to another site that has 6 max cash games to see if i do any better than I do on UB's full ring cash games.

Anyone's thoughts, pro's & cons would be greatly appreciated.
