Default When is enough?

It took me like 10 minutes to get an edge on him during this tournament. He had 4500 and i had 2500 for the longest time. Then I see that he has no clue what he is doing...man i felt stupid. Here is the 2nd to last hand.

***** Hand History for Game 1401214224 *****
NL Hold'em $20 Buy-in + $2 Entry Fee Trny:8469349 Level:9 Blinds(300/600)
Seat 9 is the button
Total number of players : 2
Seat 9: ZebraAss ( $7100 )
Seat 4: Opponent ( $900 )
Trny:8469349 Level:9
Blinds(300/600)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to ZebraAss [ 3s Qc ]
ZebraAss raises [900].
Opponent folds.
ZebraAss does not show cards.
ZebraAss wins 1800 chips

But for a question...

If you are short stacked say 2k or less what can you call all in with?
What are you pushing all in with?
