On-Line Stats any recommendations?
I have been playing on line for a month and doing ok but not real good, at least that's what I think. I have started by playing mostly .25 -.50 and or .50-1.00 limit holdem. After a month and 2,000 hands I have won about $100 which includes a $40 bonus so I have net $60. Below are my playing stats. The BB is mostly played as a check to no rasie. Seems that I win about %10 of the time. Can you gleam anything from these %? I know they are vague but not sure how the rest of you line up with these numbers.
Thanks 1892 hands played and saw flop: - 84 times out of 210 while in small blind (40%) - 146 times out of 218 while in big blind (66%) - 332 times out of 1464 in other positions (22%) - a total of 562 times out of 1892 (29%) Pots won at showdown - 92 out of 195 (47%) Pots won without showdown - 102 |

Re: On-Line Stats any recommendations?
The sample size is fairly small to be able to draw any real conclusion, but you really want to be looking at VP$IP and PFR numbers, as well as your aggression factors.
Those will give you a better idea of how you are actually playing |

Re: On-Line Stats any recommendations?
Things I see:
1) Saw Flop % is a little high, 25% seems to be the most discussed target for low limit games. 2) Went to showdown % is very high (562 hands of which 102 won w/out showdown, leaving 450 hands of which you went to showdown 195 times) at 45%. What I have seen discussed as ideal is around 28-30%, this will also increase your Won at Showdown %. I would suggest downloading Pokertracker and taking advantage of the 1000 hands you can import using the demo version. Then you can review more stats and more importantly review played hands. |
