Double shoot out is like having to win 2 SnGs in a row.
At Stars you start with 81 players on 9 tables.
The 9 players who win their table go to the final table.
Winner of the final table got the trip.

Is there any way of telling besides your total? (having 4 tables running can vary the $$$ quickly as I'm sure you're well aware)

I have not gotten a refund yet. I keep an excel spreadsheet of all poker stuff, so knew what my balance was.
