Lap top help
Ok here it is. Got a laptop to work on from someone I work with. Ran adaware 1200 objects to delet. Also ran serch and destroy.
IE keeps defaulting to some serch page and i keep putting a new home page in it. #2 I keep getting numbers on the key board if I hit mjkloi or u I get a number sugestions please. I am sure I will have more after this this thing is a frigin mess [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

If it is a mess, you'll probably save time in the long run if you just wipe it clean and re-install the operating system. I just rebuilt my laptop with XP, and it took a total of about 3-4 hours before I was pokerin' again. If I had kept the old worn-out copy of Win2K on there, I would have invested hours upon hours over the next month in fixing those little problems that come up.
