i usually dont like calling half my stack with an "any" hand, but almost 3-1 and given that you will at times actually be AHEAD since he'll likely push with anything, i believe this is a call, and definitely proper from an odds standpoint unless he has 99-AA, T-A7, or 8-A9.

But maybe I'm a fish. You easily have the pot odds here with the range of hands he would presumably push, not to mention that it will scare others from stealing against you if you survive. |

Call. If you fold now you'll be in the same boat as SB next hand, crippled and unable to steal. You're nowhere near the money yet. The odds are right. You've gotta call.
