Default S-K Hand Rankings

I was reading over this thread
and I was wondering if you do the calculations of chip stacks before the hand starts or after the blinds are put in. Thanks for any help.

The money that is in the pot (i.e. blinds) is no longer yours. This is very basic stuff that everyone should know.

Grr. I'm pretty sure that's K-S hand rankings. We need to stop the use of "S-K hand rankings" before it gets out of hand.

no kidding, i just wanted to make sure that the calculations work this way. so it is after the blinds then right?
