Default Anyone spend more time railbirding and reading 2+2 than playing?

I've found that when I get freetime nowadays instead of stressing out about losing a buyin or two and having to concentrate, it's more relaxing to just load up high stakes tables and railbird while chatting on AIM and reading 2+2... does anyone else fall into this nasty habit? If I switched the time reading and watching with playing, i'd be able to get in alot of hands. Problem though is that I have trouble getting up when im stuck so if I needed to study or something for a test but im in the middle of a losing session i'll find it hard to get up and study. So instead I just don't play to begin with.
