Default PFR much too low?

Playing $1/2 shorthand on crypto, my pfr is about 13%. From reading these forums I'm given the impression that it should be higher, perhaps around 16%, but I'm not sure where to find these raises from.

I'm not limping first in ever, raising standards are similar to MBoes (sp?) starting hand chart, but after 6k hands I'm at the 13% pfr.

I don't like raising 44-66 in mp, and I'm not too keen about raising ace-rag suited after 1 or 2 limpers. Am I right to feel this way? I think if i raised mp with 55, I'd get a cc'er at these limits, be out of position with two overcards on the flop and be clueless as to what my next move is.

Maybe look into adding a few more blind steals from the CO and button

This, and probably not enough 3-betting from the blinds would be my guess without more info.

Do you raise to isolate a weak limper much? That's probably worth a couple percent.
