AA with three to a flush on board - turn pairs board

New to table, first hand against villain.

I had a hard time deciding what to do on the turn, I am just so bad a putting opponents on hands, I really need some help with this. Villain called preflop and then coldcalled the raise, which makes AK unlikely. Since the turn is a 5, 55 is also unlikely. That leaves me with 33, which I don't think villain would bet into me with if he turns a full house. Maybe villain has AJ/AQ with the As and is trying to push me out of the pot on the turn rather than calling a bet from me? At this level, KQ isnt actually impossible. What do you think villain has and what should Hero do?
