You realize Hero is BB and checked preflop?

I call this every time. Your only concern is QTspades. There are lots of hands that will think they are ahead here, also a bluff with that board if he holds a singleton Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] is possible. I would grit my teeth and call. You really can't fold here. Sorry if it didn't work out this time.

my default play here is to check and call. sure, you'll be paid off by an Ace or 2 pair, but they will also bet with position almost always at this level.

you have to call the all-in here, while cursing yourself for not check/calling instaed of opening yourself up to having to call a huge raise.

cheers!

I hope you're joking. If I'm checking, it's with the intention of check/raising all in. You have the 2nd nuts heads up!
