Default How I tilted 2 players at a live table

On Wednesday night I put two people on tilt. Same table but they weren't both there at the same time during the session.
This was at St. Croix casino at a 1/2 NL table.

The first player (Mark)is a regular who likes to tell players what mistakes they made, how the play they just made sucked, how good or bad overall they are, etc. I was beating but good him in a few hands we had played heads up (he had to buy a new rack each time). Later, I had a Kxo that I limped with and just had a backdoor flush draw. He bet the turn and I cold called. Another heart. He bet the river and I cold called. Flush. He was livid

After he told me how bad I played that hand, I just said "I don't play hands like that very often--just against guys I think I can make it work against".

He got up and left while others laughed out loud

Later, someone whose name will remain secret, sat down. I soon surmised that he is a good lag player. I had AKo in the first big hand I was in with him heads up. He was in front, so I just called his $30 bets all the way. On the river he goes all in. The flop was QJx. The turn was a Q. I forgot what the river was. I call.

He turns over a AKo...He asks me what I had put him on. I said "I didn't think you had anything." "Nothing at all??"
"No, at least nothing better than I had." He was pissed that I had read him so well because he had just tutored a young man on how to bet his top two on an uncoordinated board. A few hands later I was heads up with the Table Captain again. I had 8c10c with a J9x on the flop and a 7 on the turn. He goes all in on the turn. I call. He shows J's and I show my straight. He just said "NH". However, you could tell he was steaming by the way he threw his $12 PF raises on the felt for the next half hour.

It's fun putting people on tilt.

Congrats, you ran a fish off. Proud of yourself?

He wasn't a fish. He was a decent player, ability-wise. However, he is a prick and deserved a little fun poked at him.

I never tap the glass. However, he was tapping the glass on another player, as I indicated in my OP...
