Default An interesting strategy...

My friend, who is a consistent winner, has a good tournament strategy. In our home games, we have 7-8 person HE SNGs. He and I frequently come 1,2. His strategy, he said, is b/c our tournaments pay out to two places, second gets his entry fee back, winner gets everything else, is play extremely agressively and loose when heads-up. He says "You're getting your money back anyway, so I just play loose." or something like that. Good strategy? It's worked for me...

No!!! You really should be waiting for KK and AA (maybe QQ if he is loose) and then when you get one of those, BAM, take him out.
