In Episode 21, the director above CTU tells Cloey that they can't deal with her "personality disorders" right now.
What's wrong with Cloey? Or was she just shook up from having to kill that dude after she secured the hard drive.

Damnit, I thought you had an answer. She asks/says a lot of really inappropriate questions at certain times. Any 24 super fans out there?
