\"Sorta Official\" Live at the Bike Poll
Here's a couple of questions about things that were brought up on Friday's L@TB show. As background, one of the main issues some people have with the show is that the commentators sometimes talk over whatever comments are made on the table. Some people feel that the "table talk" is better than what the commentators are saying during the hand in progress (or following hands). Others feel that when they go to "table talk" it's as exciting as watching paint dry, especially if people aren't actually talking, and tune out the program.
The second topic brought up yesterday was the possible change in the program schedule where they go to a Monday-Friday schedule, on three hours a night instead of the current four. I'd imagine that would be contingent on various things that would be totally in the Bike's (and Joker Gaming/iStream Media) control. So here goes with the questions: Kevin... |

Great Poll. As far as the 3rd question I would rather the table mic be up , and the commentary over the top.
I gather you meant more volume and less commentary? Without commentary, I believe the show would fall down. It has improved over the past few months. If that is the case, I vote yes to that. |

Kevin,
I'd be interested to see some polling data on whether people prefer to have Denny in on the broadcast or not. Less Denny = Better L@TB Barron Vangor Toth www.BarronVangorToth.com |

Re: \"Sorta Official\" Live at the Bike Poll
Denny hasn't been on that much the past few weeks, but with there being no big tournaments for a month he may be making a comeback in May. The mystery is where's Dave "Friar" Tuchman who has been noticably absent the past couple of weeks. If they're going to the 5 day a week schedule, they'd be wise to at least attempt to get some more people in there to commentate. Bart's gonna be talking himself ragged if he keeps doing it every night.

Re: \"Sorta Official\" Live at the Bike Poll
That's the Dave I'm talking about. I do like Denny, except when he tries to crack wise and that laugh of his drives me nuts. There's no need to force a chuckle about something every other comment.
