FirePay problems, Prima support being unresponsive?

Alright, I've decided to switch from Prima to Stars, so I opted to transfer through to FirePay rather than to my bank account.

However, I made 2 withdrawals from Prima (Royal Vegas to be specific) to my FirePay account, then stupidly decided to change my FirePay e-mail address before the withdrawals made it through. I e-mailed both FirePay and Royal Vegas, and got this response from Royal Vegas:

I have escalated a request to my E-cash Department to update your Email
address on your PMOP profile, but as the withdrawal was already

This all happened two days ago. I've e-mailed Royal Vegas twice since then and gotten no response, same with FirePay. What should I do? It's about $1600 floating around God knows where (it's not in my Royal Vegas account, and nothing has been credited to my FirePay account either ....), and I'm starting to get worried.
