Buying PartyGaming on Interactive Brokers
I opened an interactive brokers account, but I don't want to pay for the live quotes, since I don't need them. Can anyone explain how I place a trade on the london stock exchange for party gaming? Also, it appears I have to pay some kind of stamp tax. Can anyone who has done this tell me what the comissions were?

OK, I figured it out. Their TWS system is confusing. I guess it's not for a novice.

Re: Buying PartyGaming on Interactive Brokers
Yeah, there's a learning curve associated with IB's TWS.
As far as not paying for quotes, I don't know if there's a way around that because in order to trade you access the live quotes. Check with IB, but you're probably out of luck there. |

You can now buy Partygaming on the nasdaq bulletin board exchange using the symbol PYGMF. I have an order in right now with my online broker.

[ QUOTE ]
why is it so low [/ QUOTE ] On what scale are you measuring? One of the first things you should learn is that a stocks price is meaningless, without any context. |
