Default Intertops Support (No Content)

I wanted to do a bit of datamining today on the next level up.
So i opened up my party skins and let it do some work while I was gone. I noticed that since my last reformat I never reinstalled Intertops since there is no general purpose for that skin (other than datamining purposes).

Upon trying to login, i realized I forgot my password, or username or some variation thereof.

I clicked on the forgot password button which asked me to enter my email address and it would send me an email with my password.

I get the email, which gives a link that takes you to an Intertops webpage to reset and choose your new password.

The form kept giving me an error.

So, I sent an email to Intertops telling them that I can't remember my password and I need to have it reset or find out what that is, and the webpage that I was being directed to kept giving me an error.

I got a reply from "Poker@Intertops.com" with this exact replay (cut and pasting)

We have changed our policy on resetting passwords, our customers can no
longer do this manually and an e-mail must be sent Poker@intertops.com from
the e-mail address on file on your Intertops account in order to have your
password changed.

We apologise for the incorrect information being passed on to you, if you
have any further queries, please contact us, we will be happy to assist.

This email, FROM poker@intertops.com said i have to send an email to poker@intertops.com to get my password.

Does this make sense?
I'd allready sent that email, which is why they were replying to me in the first place.
Their reply was to send another email asking for my password.

Sometimes I wonder...
