I like this fold. His play is consistent with a flush, but you can't beat the overcard anyway, and your only outs to improve are the Js, and even a J could make a straight. The only thing you beat here is a pure bluff, which I find to be so rare as to be discounted, and a very creative turn raise semi-bluff, say middle pair on the flop picking up a flush draw on the turn. Unless I have a read on this guy being very creative/aggressive, I'd lay it down too.
