Default AA play backfire

$30 buy in SNG at Party. I wanted to post this one and get some opinion on both of our plays.

Creating Main Pot with $2970 with Dreamer_7
** Summary **
Main Pot: 2970 | Side Pot 1: 915
Board: [ 9s Ts Tc 7d 9c ]
Dreamer_7 balance 0, lost 1485 [ Ad Ac ] [ two pairs, aces and tens -- Ad,Ac,Ts,Tc,9s ]
ME balance 6495, bet 2400, collected 3885, net +1485 [ Qs Th ] [ a full house, Tens full of nines -- Th,Ts,Tc,9s,9c ]
defurman balance 1505, didn't bet (folded)

The pre-flop call seemed like a no brainer for me with that kind of chip lead and then after the flop it was easy. However, had my opponent gone all in pre-flop, I probably would have folded given my hand. Comments?

I think you played it exactly right, his play backfired. I don't think it was a "bad" play necessarily either, he wants some play for his AA. It just didn't work out.

isn't this the old AA is worth more than the blinds scenario?

he thought with only the BB against his AA he would win the hand, so he didn't want you to fold pre-flop

i think you're the kind of guy who when you fall into a bucket of shite you come out smelling of roses
