Default Help a newer SSNL player

I've been trying out SSNlL (usually play SNG's). ANyway, this hand came up today, and I'm always sortof uncertain how to play overpairs in cash games. This board sems pretty tame, just the flush draw and 2 gap straight. I'm guessing the guy probably has AT or something. Comments appreciated.

Anyone have comments? I'm really perplexed as to whether my line was correct or not.

Looks like you missed a value bet on the river.
Raise 4xBB or 5xBB preflop. At 3xBB, the big blind is getting decent pot odds to call if only one other person calls your raise (3.5:1).

You can probably raise more pre-flop. Other than it looks fine.
