I use stuff from Sport Chalet called Recovery Cream. Its a strong moisturizer, with aloe vera in it too.

aloe vera is great for stuff like this. i recommend getting a bottled gel and not the actual plant though.

I got some aloe vera lotion with lidocaine, but even with the lidocaine, it doesn't seem to last very long. Still, it's better than nothing.
