blocked pokerroom account

I won a massive jackpot at pokerroom casino yesterday. Today my account was blocked... I can not log in. No answer to my email yet. Has this ever happened to anyone???

Go to https://www.pokerroom.com/support/

At the bottom, under "contact customer support", use the drop down list to select a problem type (choose anything). There is a phone number on the next page. Hopefully they can tell you what's going on!

Hmm. I'm in the UK, so I only get a UK support number - probably no use to you? Perhaps someone from the US could step in...

I am from Hungary and I simply can not see any number anywhere...

That's very annoying. I assume they don't have a Hungary phone number, hence you don't get to see one.

If you want to try it, the UK number displayed for me is:

+44 20 7026 4217

I guess the + is whatever you need to dial in Hungary to get an international line. 44 is the UK country code. It will probably cost a fortune though, might just be worth being patient for them to reply to the email.
