Default $1k Shooting Star WPT sat tourney report

A few people asked, so here's a quick report.

$1k live sat. 86 players. 3000 starting chips. Top 8 get $10k WPT seat + $500. 9 and 10 get $1000 tourney seat.

I think these are all the hands I played. Details are probably a little off.

Hand 1: With blinds 25/25, I limp in w/ QJs early and win a small pot when I flop a flush and everyone folds to my turn raise.

Hand 2: With blinds 25/25, I limp in w/ 9Ts early, a couple follow, then someone makes it 175. I fold, everyone else calls. Of course, I would have made my flush on the turn for a nice pot. Alas.

Hand 3: 25-50 blinds. I raise w/ TT late and get one caller. Q-high flop and I bet 300. He calls. He has a queen. Turn A. I fire 600 (about 2/3 pot) but he still calls. River blank. I check behind and his QK wins. I'm now at about 2k w/ 80 or so left.

Hand 4: Different table. I'm at 1800 w/ about 75 left. 100/200 blinds. A couple of limper and I push on the button w/ KT. SB w/ about 3k calls. Everyone else folds. He asks me, do you have a pocket pair? I'm sick, as I think this means he has AQ/AK. I say, "no, you're in good shape" and flip over KT. Multiple limpers start going off on what a crazy play that was. He flips over 99 and I say "oh, I like my chances." He says "Yeah, about 30% to hit." I nod. I hit my ten and have over 4k.

Hand 5: 70ish left. 200/400 blinds. Folded to me on the button w/ T6o. I push. They fold.

Hand 6: 50ish left. 300/600 blinds. One limper to me w/ AJ in the BB. I push. He folds.

Hand 7. 40ish left. 300/600 blinds. I have about 3500. I push UTG w/ ATs. One caller w/ about 5k. He has AJ. Flop JQx. Turn K. I win.

Hand 8. 27 left. 400/800 blinds. I have 6200. I push in MP w/ KQ. SB w/ 20k calls w/ 99. He hits a 9 on the flop and I don't find running JT. Game over.

Structure Sheet

That sheet was not exactly correct, but more or less.
