Default How to steal this blind?

$27 NLHE Turbo on Stars. BB is loose and passive, rarely raises, but is quite liberal with the call button. Is this worth a steal, if so, how? I have once previously folded my SB to his BB.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (7 handed) converter

BB (t1405)
UTG (t4830)
MP1 (t1320)
MP2 (t1095)
CO (t1850)
Button (t805)
Hero (t2195)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button folds,

Don't, limp and try to catch something to bust him or at least get paid off.

at first I was going to say go all-in in but thinking about it limpping or a 300 raise. I would only do this against a passive guy if the guy was very aggressive I would push with this in the SB most of the time. This is level 7 right?
