Smartass answer: there's a 5 hour difference between GMT and EST. So it'd be 15est. Which means 3pm EST. CMP |

I think he probably got the 20 number somewhere else. And, if he's asking i think he doesn't know GMT or 24 hour clocks very well, so he can't be expected to use perfect syntax.
