Default JJ in nl hold em

3rd level of tournament

I have hit some big hands and have 4000 in chips (chip leader at table)(blinds 25 - 50)

I have JJ in mid position - passed to me and I raise (to 175)

cutoff and button both call.

Flop is 10-9-4 rainbow.

I bet the pot - only cutoff calls (he has 1700 left in chips - ie enough to hurt me not cripple me)

Turn a 6

What is my action now? Is this hand strong enough to move in or should I be worried by the cutoff smooth calling twice?

Does it make a difference that the cutoff had played very few hands in the tournament to that point?

By my count, there is about 600 in the pot, and you say he has 1700 left. Against most players I would bet about 500 and make a decision if he raises all-in. However, don't discount a hand like AT, JTs, and the like when he raises. Decide if he must have you beat to go all-in before you fold.
