PP $25 NL hand
I'm in the CO with As-Kh. 2 EP limpers, I make it $2, 1 EP calls. I have $72 and the caller has big stack of $115. Flop comes 5c, Kc, 9c. EP bets $6. I think for a moment and fold.
I think I made 2 mistakes. I should have raised more pre-flop, and raised the flop. Any opinions? Thanks, Jeff |

Re: PP $25 NL hand
Wow, fold that easily on the flop? What hand do you put him on that he would limp in ep and call a 2 dollar raise with and hit the flush, QJc, JTc??? (I doubt AQc, AJc he would possibly raise this) He could easily be holding KQ, KJ, KT in this scenario. You have to raise at this point, if you get reraised then you can think about folding. Theres a chance he could have 55, 99, K9 but you cant be folding that easily to suited flops when you dont hold a card of that suit.

Re: PP $25 NL hand
I agree that you should have raised more preflop. But the fold on the flop is easy. There is only $10 in the pot, and it costs $6 to call. If you raise, you really have to raise to $23 or so to be meaningful -- do you really want to put in a third of your stack when you might be drawing dead? Just move on to the next hand.
If he has as little as 9s tc, you are behind. http://www.twodimes.net/poker/?g=h&b...+kh%0D%0A9s+tc You are a little bit ahead of Ks Qc http://www.twodimes.net/poker/?g=h&b...+kh%0D%0Aks+qc And you are giving your money away if he really does have the flush. http://www.twodimes.net/poker/?g=h&b...+kh%0D%0Atc+qc Why bother? Just go on to the next hand, and put your money in when you are ahead. |

Re: PP $25 NL hand
I would have raised 3 preflop.
Easy fold on the flop. |
