Look up "pot odds". Tom McEvoy may sell a hand-held chart.

Yeah, I know that. I guess my question with the board paired and heavy betting, how much to I consider the fact that somebody may already have me beat?

I would've called. There are 10.75 BB in the pot. You're about a 4:1 dog to hit your flush on the river. Since it's only 2BB to call, I would do it, especially since you're drawing to the nut flush and might even get a bet called on the river if you hit your flush. Yes, you might lose to full house, but the betting doesn't look like anyone has two pair on the flop or a set.
