Omaha starting hands?

Anyone here have a good set of starting hands for omaha.
The game I usually play is a 4/8,1/2 1/2 game
1/2hr holdem
1/2hr omaha (high only)
This omaha section is very loose, often 7+ players to the flop (out of 10). Very pasive pre flop as well, maybe raised pre flop about 5% of the time
I consider myself a good holdem play but I find that I'm wasteing alot of bets in omaha hands. I've got a soild tight set of drawing rules down for omaha so I thimk I'm okay their.
My current starting hand requirment is that if I'd play any combination of 3 of the 4 cards in a hold em game from that position I play the hand. Am I playing to loose preflop?
